My Future profession

In future, I would like to be business psychologist. I chose this profession because it looks attractive to me and it will reflect my personality the best. What I find interesting in this profession is that I will need to analyse the effectiveness of staff and make it work better, moreover, I will need to solve different problems that are connected with people behaviour at work. What I like more is the fact that I will need to communicate a lot and make various researches, which would help to make better environment,staff effectiveness,communicaton between colleagues. Of course the profession I chose is well-paid too, so I really like that also.
